কোনো ব্যক্তি এই আইনের অধীন কার্যাবলি নির্বাহকালে কোনো আয়কর কর্তৃপক্ষকে বাধা প্রদান করিলে তিনি অন্যূন ১ (এক) বৎসর পর্যন্ত কারাদণ্ড বা অর্থদণ্ড বা উভয়দণ্ডে দণ্ডিত হইবেন।

165B.Punishment for obstructing an income tax authority:

A person who obstructs an income tax authority in discharge of functions under this Ordinance shall commit an offence punishable with imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year, or with a fine, or with both.
